Customer Support Team Member - Remote with 3hr Overlap with US Eastern Time

At Sex Doll Genie, we are looking for a responsible, organized and enthusiastic new team member to join Customer Support Team. 

This will be a freelance position and pays commensurate with your experience. All applicants must be able to work US Eastern times, although the job is 100% remote (work from home). 

Responsibilities:

1. Be comfortable working with our products. Dolls owners are preferred for this role, but not a requirement. 

2. All our customers are very high-end customers and are extremely professional and courteous. We take it very seriously that our customers treat our staff with respect.

3. Must be able to work US Eastern time from 9 am to 5 pm. Weekend availability is preferred but not necessary. Must be able to take phone orders (we will train you).

4. Must be familiar with creating customer support systems, knowledge bases, flows, and procedures (love creating SRLs? This is your job!)

5. Must be extremely familiar with using internet communication tools - we use Zendesk for support tickets/emails/chat/phone. Also must be okay using Skype, Slack, email, and Trello for internal team communication.

6. Work remotely from wherever you have internet, good voice quality, and quiet surroundings.

7. There will be on the job training about our company and products, but this is definitely a position for an experienced person who can hit the ground running when it comes to customer support best practices and systems.

Must Haves:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills. Plus - if you are fluent in any other European languages.
  • Outstanding communication skills - verbal and written. 
  • Passion for the dolls and great care towards them. 
  • Great sense of responsibility and care towards our customers, dolls and team members.
