Fulfillment Manager and Product Expert (Freelance, UK or Europe)

At Sex Doll Genie, we are looking for a responsible, organized and enthusiastic new team member to join us as Fulfillment Manager and Product Expert. 

This will be a freelance position and pays commensurate with your experience. All applicants must be located in the UK or European Union, although the job is 100% remote (work from home). 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the SDG team members to coordinate order fulfillment in the UK and Europe. 
  • In charge of managing all our incoming UK and European orders from factories in China- receiving, sorting, re-packaging, bundling, labeling and shipping to customers. 
  • In charge of dealing with shipping carriers, updating tracking info for orders, handling complaints and returns. 
  • Must have extensive knowledge about love dolls and doll culture. Must own one or more doll himself or herself.
  • (optional) Experience with light doll repairs and fixes.
  • Experience with taking high quality photos and videos and work with our creative team to put together detailed product reviews, guides, knowledge base and user manuals. Photography equipment will be provided. 

Must Haves:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills. Plus - if you are fluent in any other European languages.
  • Outstanding communication skills - verbal and written. 
  • Some experience with content creation and logistics. 
  • Passion for the dolls and great care towards them. 
  • (Optional) Living space, garage or storage facility with enough space to house up to 25 doll shipments at a time, on any given day. For the right candidate we're open to renting a warehouse near their home as well. 
  • Intermediate computer literacy - we use Google Docs, Dropbox, Skype, Slack, Shopify and email to collaborate and run the business. Training will be provided on specific tools, but you must be used to working on computers. If you are comfortable jumping on a quick Skype or WhatsApp video call to discuss a shipment, then you should be fine. 
  • Preferred but not necessary - photography and videography skills and image and video editing skills. 
  • Great sense of responsibility and care towards our customers, dolls and team members. 
  • Clean and hygienic - welcome to the post-corona world :)
